    By placing an order through the 828 Creations website you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and shipping policies. These policies are applicable to domestic USA, Canada, and International.

    30 DAY RETURN POLICY

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your 828 Creations purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Any dirt, sweat, deodorant stains or marks of any kind will void items from being returnable.

    ALL jewelry sales are final. There will be no returns/refunds offered on jewelry. In the case where you have a defective piece, please email us at support@828creations.biz with your order number.


    RETURN PROCESS

    To start a return, you can contact us at support@828creations.biz If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

    Once your item is received back at our warehouse, allow up to 5 days processing to inspect product. Once product has been inspected and deemed eligible for return, a refund will be issued. Refund speed is determined by your bank.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


    DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

    Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    To return your product, please contact support at support@828creations.biz. 

    EXCHANGES

    We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. Due to the high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee the item you would like in exchange will be in stock. You can choose store credit to use for a different item. As soon as you drop off your return and the package is scanned by the carrier, your store credit will be issued immediately via email. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@828creations.biz. 


    Please note that we only offer a partial refund (excluding shipping fee) in all cases with exception to the following scenarios where your order is:

    • Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you;
    • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
    • Not what you ordered

     

    Returns are not accepted on items that arrive un-damaged. If your item is damaged, we will offer a replacement, or a refund and let you keep the item without having to ship it back!


    To file a claim, please send us an email to  support@828creations.biz and include the following information (this is a must):

    • Order number
    • Video/ photo of the defective product
      • If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error. 
      • If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
      • If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem
    • Full delivery address

    Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).


    If you choose to return your order without our Customer Support team and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued and you will be notified via email with any and all options available to you on how to proceed.


    NOTE:
    • We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
    • We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacement due to customer's mistakes such as:
      - Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
      - Failing to preview the design carefully (for personalization items) to see if it's well set (as all of our printing files are automatically generated exactly the same as the preview on our website)
      So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.

     

    INCORRECT ADDRESS

    Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

    - If there is incorrect or missing information which we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 

    - We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse).

    If you contact the mail carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

     

    REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION:

    If the product is still being processed, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.

    FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE

    All clearance sale items purchased through 828 Creations are final. We will not accept returns, issue refunds or make exchanges on any final sale of clearance items. *Excluded from store-wide sales/promotions. 

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, if an item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer you store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.

    Our policy lasts 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately, items that do not meet this criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

    EXCHANGES

    All postage costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@828creations.biz and we will send you the address details. Also write us a note on your packing slip stating the product and size you would like instead. For further questions, please contact us at support@828creations.biz.
