    DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

    Where's my order?

    Once you order you’ll typically receive a tracking number within 7 business days.

    Once your item ships, timeframes will vary. The carrier we use to ship your item will also vary depending on your location.

    In most cases, items are delivered within 4-12 business days after being dispatched.

    We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, 828 Creations cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

     

    ORDER TRACKING

    You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow up to 7 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

    If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once a tracking number has been issued. 

    If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us at support@828Creations.biz and we can take care of this for you.

    HELP! I didn't receive my package!

    We know from personal experience how frustrating it is to have a lost package.

    Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund for lost packages, stolen packages or packages still in transit. 

    We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

    828 Creations does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

    My package shows that it was returned to sender. What do I do?

    Packages that are returned to sender due to an insufficient or incorrect address will be processed as a return. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will refund the order (minus the shipping fees) and a new order will need to be placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to post to the method of payment used to place the order.

    My package shows delivered, but I did not receive it.  Do you replace lost or missing packages? 

    We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. As a courtesy, we include shipping insurance with every order, so once a claim has been filed and USPS investigates, in most cases they do provide a refund to the customer for the missing/lost package. 

    If your address was correct and the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

    1. Please check all potential delivery locations at your address. Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance. 
    2. Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
    3. Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
    4. In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.
    5. If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, please contact your local post office or visit https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Where-is-my-package for more information. 


    INCORRECT ADDRESS

    Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

    - If there is incorrect or missing information which we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 

    - We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)

    If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

     

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

    Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country.
